Information architecture (IA) is the art of expressing a model or concept of information used in activities that require explicit details of complex systems. In laymans terms, we help our clients sift through all of the different information they have, and figure out the best way to make this information easy to understand and use. This is where our skills as organizers and producers come into play. We typically work with our clients to sort through and efficiently organize information for projects that include website site maps and materials, way finding and signage systems, images and text for books and magazines, technical illustrations, graphs and charts, and computer and sales point user interfaces.
